How do I cancel?

Canceling your subscription is simple. It takes just 4 clicks. About 30 seconds.

• Log into your account.
• You can do so by visiting www.balancedhome.co/login
• Within “Account” select “Make Changes”
• Scroll to the bottom of the “Make Changes” page, you will see a button that says “Cancel”
• Simply let us know why you are canceling and hit “Yes really, please cancel”

At the moment we only offer residential pest control for primary residence. We do not provide pest control for property managers, landlords or any other third party. You must own the home you are requesting pest control for.

Our Guarantee

As long as you are an active customer we will stand by our work. We will gladly come back for free if you are continuing to have problems with covered pests. The return trip must be at least 7 days since your last service and less than 7 days before your upcoming paid service.
